• Orders are processed within 5-7 business days unless stated otherwise.
• Delivery times may vary depending on your location within South Africa.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to follow your delivery.
• Please ensure that all delivery details are correct, as we cannot be held responsible for delays due to incorrect information.
• All items are handmade and not perfect!

Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

• Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unused
• In original condition
• In original packaging
• A proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift Cards
• Original Art
• Canvas Print
• Custom Prints 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

• You will be notified via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few business days.
• No cash refunds.

Please note:

1. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
